Yet another night time UFO visitor

I was filming around the moon when I noticed this light moving across the sky. It seemed to be rotating and pulsating while moving at a high rate of speed. The height was around maybe 10,000 feet but was hard to tell. It was a lot lower than a satillite. Video posted on blog.
