Light Orbs

Since I bought my digital camera, a Kodak easyshare c340, a couple of months ago I've taken hundreds of pictures around the house trying out various settings under different lighting etc. However in the last week and a half there are these light orbs of various sizes and brightness that show up in about every 3rd or 4th shot. The one in the fish tank was seen by, I think, the fish. This would rule out dust and I took the camera to two shops for a lens cleaning and to see if the lens coating was ok. Everything checked out but I supose it could still be a ccd error. I think not as they are in the room and seem to have the intelligence of an insect in the way they move.
